International Admissions

Thank you for your interest in attending Beauty Schools of America^®. This section contains important information regarding admission to the school as an M1 student. Please read all the information carefully. If you have any questions call your International Admission Representative at the location to which you are applying; they will be happy to assist you. 

GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The International applicant who wishes to study at Beauty Schools of America^® must:

• Possess the equivalent of a U.S. high school diploma.

• Be at least 16 years of age.

• Have all documents translated into English by a professional certified translator. To view a list of certified translators, please refer to the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) www.naces.org. 

• Submit original documents, which will be returned to the applicant upon review by the International Department. Copies will be accepted ONLY if they are certified.

• Complete all applications in its entirety. An incomplete application and/or missing required documents will delay the admission process.

• Have all documents typed. No handwritten documents will be accepted.

• Submit all requirements at the same time.

• Have a valid passport and all other requirements outlined in the catalog
